Mark works both face-to-face and online (Zoom/Teams)
Face-to-Face Through intensive sessions (typically 5 three to four hour sessions over 4 weeks), individuals gain clarity, resilience, and purpose, empowering them to navigate life’s complexities with confidence and self-awareness and build a future filled with authentic fulfilment.
Online (Zoom/Teams) As it’s more difficult to focus online for longer periods of time, Mark’s online sessions tend to be 1-2 hours, with typically between 5 and 8 sessions depending on the client’s journey.
